Refunds, Satisfaction & Corrective Service Policy



 

Service Conditions, Rescheduling & Corrective Service

Clients are responsible for ensuring that the premises are in a condition suitable for cleaning at the time of service. This includes reasonable access, utilities (water/electricity), and an environment that is safe and sanitary for work to be performed.

CNEWZ CLEANZ reserves the right to pause, reschedule, or refuse service if conditions upon arrival are deemed unsafe, unsanitary, inaccessible, or materially different from what was represented at the time of booking.

If service cannot be performed due to site conditions, the client may be offered the option to reschedule service once conditions are addressed. Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined based on the circumstances preventing service completion.

Prepayment secures a scheduled appointment and staffing allocation but does not guarantee service completion if conditions prevent work from being safely or professionally performed.

Clients must report service-quality concerns within twenty-four (24) hours of service completion. Verified concerns may be addressed through corrective service or another reasonable resolution at the Company’s discretion.
